When you place your order please take care to fill in all required fields. If you want a fully customised design please email me at creativeoasisnz@gmail.com to discuss your design and options. If photos are required for your design please send your selection of images via email. Please ensure your images are of good/great quality.
Once we have received your order we will get to work on your design. You will receive a proof of your design(s) within 1-3 working days via email. When you have received your proof please confirm that all information and the design features are correct. If they are any changes to be made please let us know. If changes are required, your design will be edited then resent to you. Each design comes with up to 5 free minor changes. Changes made thereafter may incur an additional fee (depending on the changes requested). A complete change of mind (after receiving your design) will incur a design fee equivelent to your chosen design. Once you have confirmed you are happy with your design we will either be sent via email or prepared for printing.
Custom Orders
During the consultation process please let us know of all specific design specifications if you have something very particular in mind. We will design to your specifications with our own personal design style wrapped into it. We will continue to discuss your design until there is a shared understanding of what you are wanting. If by any chance, once the design process has begun and you have a complete change of mind for your design, there will be an additional charge equivalent to the full design fee. This additional charge is due to the time spent to design your order. If you would like to change your design please get in touch immediately.
