Most design orders are carried out in this process:

When you place your order please take care to fill in all required fields. If you want a fully customised design please email me at creativeoasisnz@gmail.com to discuss your order and options. 

Once we have received your order and your payment has processed we will get to work on your design. You will receive a proof of your design(s) within 5-7 working days (ready-made) or 7-10 working days (custom design) via email. Some designs may vary. Please take a moment to read the product descriptions and information.

Once you have received the proof we require you to confirm that all information and the design features are correct. You can make up to 5 small changes to your design. Larger changes to the design may incur an additional fee so please ensure you are clear with your requests. If changes are requested your design will be edited then resent to you. We will go back and forth until you are happy. Once you have confirmed you are happy with your design we will send it to our printers or via email.

Any changes made or requested after your design has been approved and either printed or sent via email will incur an additional design fee.

Custom Orders:
During the consultation process please let us know of all specific design specifications if you have something very particular in mind. We will design to your specifications with our own personal design style wrapped into it. We will continue to discuss your design until there is a shared understanding of what you are wanting.

If by any chance, once the design process has begun and you have a complete change of mind for your design, there will be an additional charge equivalent to the full design fee. This additional charge is due to the time spent to design your order. If you would like to change your design please get in touch immediately.

Printing & Shipping times:

Once the design is approved by you, your order will be printed onsite (prints up to A3) or professionally printed offsite for large prints (A2-A0);

• Printing and packaging time is 2-3 business days for prints.

• Please allow up to two weeks for personalised chocolates to be made once your design is approved. Overall time will depend on your quantity and current stock.

• Orders are couriered via NZ Post. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for pick up from our rural address then a further 2- 7 business days for delivery.
